End User License Agreement (EULA) & Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the METE mobile application (“Application”), including all features, content, and services provided by Lena-Apps | MRC Group of Companies.

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Application.

This Agreement is designed to comply with:

• Apple Media Services Terms: Apple EULA
• Google Play Terms of Service: Google Play Terms

2. License Grant

Lena-Apps | MRC Group of Companies grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with this Agreement.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
• Attempt to extract source code or underlying algorithms
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Application
• Use the Application for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

3. Service Description

METE is a baby care and analytics application designed to assist parents in tracking and analyzing daily baby-related activities.

Features may include:

• Daily routines (feeding, sleep, diaper changes)
• Baby growth tracking (weight, age, development data)
• AI-powered analysis and recommendations
• Voice and health-related data analysis
• Personal assistant functionality

The Application is intended for informational and organizational purposes only.

5. User Accounts & Guest Access

The Application may be used without creating an account (guest mode).

Users are solely responsible for:

• Accuracy of all provided data (including baby-related information)
• Maintaining device security
• Safeguarding access to their data

7. Fair Use & Abuse Policy

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Automated or bot-based usage of the Application or APIs
• Excessive or abusive system usage that degrades service performance
• Reverse engineering or attempts to bypass system limitations
• Using the Application outside its intended purpose
• Attempting to manipulate or exploit AI systems

In case of violation:

• Access may be suspended or permanently terminated
• No refunds will be issued for remaining subscription time or credits
• Security logs may be used for enforcement and investigation purposes

8. Termination

Lena-Apps | MRC Group of Companies reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Application at any time, without prior notice, if:

• This Agreement is violated
• Abuse or fraudulent activity is detected
• Required by law or regulatory authorities
• System security is compromised

Users may terminate use of the Application at any time by deleting it from their device.

9. Data Usage & Privacy

The Application may process the following data:

• Baby profile data (name, date of birth, weight, etc.)
• Usage and interaction data
• Analytical outputs generated by the system

Data usage principles:

• Data is used solely for providing and improving the service
• Data is not sold to third parties
• Data is not shared for advertising purposes

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Application, including but not limited to:

• Software
• UI/UX design
• AI models and logic
• Branding and trademarks

are owned exclusively by Lena-Apps | MRC Group of Companies. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lena-Apps | MRC Group of Companies shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Data loss or corruption
• Incorrect or incomplete AI-generated suggestions
• Medical or health-related interpretations
• Service interruptions or technical failures

Use of the Application is at your own risk.

12. Refund Policy

• All payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play
• Refund requests are subject to the respective platform policies
• Digital goods (including subscriptions and credits) are generally non-refundable
• Cancellation does not provide retroactive refunds for the current billing period

13. Third-Party Services

The Application may use third-party services, including but not limited to:

• Apple In-App Purchase
• Google Play Billing
• AI processing and API providers

These services are governed by their own terms and conditions.

14. Updates and Modifications

Lena-Apps | MRC Group of Companies reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time.

• Updates will be published within the Application
• Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated terms

15. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Türkiye.
